Shipping policy

 

Formdecory (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates exclusively through an online store and provides product delivery services accordingly. These Shipping Terms are intended to clearly outline the delivery scope, shipping fees, order processing timelines, transportation arrangements, and related responsibilities, so you can fully understand how your order is handled prior to purchase.

1. Delivery Scope

Delivery services are available within the United States only. At present, deliveries to locations outside the United States are not supported.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total value of your order:

  • Orders with a total value of 99.99 EUR or above (including 99.99 EUR) qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders with a total value below 99.99 EUR are subject to a flat shipping fee of 8.99 EUR.

All applicable taxes and any mandatory charges related to shipping are included in the product prices displayed on the website. No additional fees are required beyond the amount shown at checkout.

3. Order Cutoff Time

Order processing follows Central European Time (CET), from 08:00 to 18:00:

  • Orders placed and successfully paid for before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
  • If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day.

4. Order Handling Time

After payment is successfully confirmed, orders enter the preparation stage. The standard handling time is 1–3 business days, which includes order verification, packaging, and handover to the logistics carrier. Please note that handling time does not include transportation time.

5. Estimated Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, the estimated overall delivery timeframe is approximately 7–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, carrier operations, and current logistics conditions.

6. Logistics Carriers

To ensure stable and reliable delivery services, shipments may be arranged through one or more of the following carriers:

  • UPS
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • United States Postal Service (USPS)

7. Order Tracking

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, and carrier information (where applicable).

You may track your order at any time via the website’s “Order Tracking” page by entering your email address or phone number together with the corresponding order number.

8. Responsibility Statement

  • Product damage or loss: If your package is damaged, missing, or lost during transportation, please contact us promptly after delivery so we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Shipping modifications and cancellations: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, changes, rerouting, or cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • Delivery address responsibility: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. Any delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the recipient.

9. Delivery Acceptance Notice

Upon receiving your package, please inspect the external condition of the parcel carefully. If any visible damage, tampering, or abnormalities are identified, we recommend documenting the issue with photos (and/or videos) and contacting us as soon as possible so we may assist you promptly.
