5. Delivery conditions
Delivery services are provided exclusively within the United States. After payment is successfully confirmed, the order is formally recorded and enters the preparation stage. The usual handling time ranges from 1 to 3 working days. Once preparation is completed, the package is released to the designated logistics carrier for shipment. The estimated overall delivery timeframe is approximately 7 to 10 working days after dispatch and may vary depending on the delivery destination and order volume during the applicable period. To ensure consistent and dependable delivery, we cooperate with recognized carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Orders with a total value of USD 99.99 or more are eligible for free delivery, while orders below this amount are subject to a fixed delivery fee of USD 8.99. 6. Order cancellation
Order cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours after payment confirmation, provided that order preparation has not yet begun and the package has not been handed over to the carrier. Once the order enters processing or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
